Throughout the library website, our FAQs pages, guides, blog, and more, you'll run across chat windows (like the one below and on the right-hand side) that allow you see when a librarian is online and available to answer your questions.  Get help with finding articles, finding a book, using course reserves, searching databases, tracking down statistics, or other research needs!

We also have a dedicated screen name-  fiulibrarian1 - so you can use your AIM, Hotmail/MSN, Yahoo! Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ or Meebo account to IM us, too.
